These exhortations were given to the members of the Belfast ecclesia. They are written for an audience who accept Christadelphian beliefs, and so I don't normally make any effort to prove Christadelphian beliefs: this is not the place to find why Christadelphians believe what we do. In a Christadelphian meeting the exhortation is normally given before the bread and wine are shared by the members of the ecclesia. You will find several references to the bread and wine in these exhortations.
